5. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
6. Refund Requests
You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund for an eligible purchase.
To request a refund, contact us.
Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to this policy and applicable law.
7. 10% Return Fee
For an approved voluntary refund or return request, a 10% return fee may be deducted from the approved refund amount.
For example, if an eligible purchase qualifies for a $20 refund, a $2 return fee may be deducted, resulting in an $18 refund.
There is no fixed $2.95 return fee and no separate $2.95 order fee.
The 10% return fee does not apply where applicable law requires a full refund or where the refund is provided because the product was defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a legally required remedy.
8. Product Returns
We generally do not require customers to physically return products for approved refunds.
If your refund request is approved, we may issue the refund without requiring you to send the product back.
If we determine that a physical return is necessary in a particular situation, we will provide return instructions before the product is sent.
Do not ship any product to any address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
Any return sent without our authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement of return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us.
Please provide your order number and, where reasonably necessary, photographs or other information showing the problem.
We will review the issue and may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.
The 10% return fee does not apply to refunds or remedies required because of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Nothing in this policy limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot legally be waived.
10. Non-Returnable or Ineligible Situations
To the extent permitted by law, a refund may be denied when a product has been intentionally damaged, materially altered, misused, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
This does not apply where the problem is caused by a product defect or another circumstance for which the customer has a legally protected remedy.
We may also deny fraudulent, abusive, or repeated refund requests where permitted by applicable law.
11. Original Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Any applicable refund or return fee will be calculated according to this policy.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Actual posting times depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
12. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
However, this does not apply where applicable law gives the customer a right to cancel, including certain situations involving shipping delays or failure to ship within the legally required timeframe.
